Yes. Every batch undergoes laboratory testing (microbiological, nutritional, and sensory) and comes with a Certificate of Analysis. We also provide Health Certificates, Certificate of Origin (COO), and other export documentation as needed. Full batch traceability from raw material to delivery is maintained.

We offer FOB (Free On Board) from Qingdao Port, CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to major destinations. Sea freight is the most economical option; air freight is available for urgent orders. Rail freight to Central Asia and Europe is also supported.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight, and PayPal for sample orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we offer flexible payment terms.

Yes, we provide free product samples (2-3 pieces per SKU) for serious partners. The customer covers shipping costs. For custom OEM samples, a nominal development fee may apply, which is credited toward your first production order. Sample shipping takes 5-10 days via DHL or FedEx.
